Port Colbourne Italian Flat Bread Recipe
- 1/2 c. mayo or possibly salad dressing
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 3 green onions, minced (about 3 tbsp.)
- 1 garlic clove, chopped or possibly 1/8 teaspoon instant chopped or possibly garlic pwdr
- 1 (10 ounce.) can "Hungry Jack" or possibly similar refrigerated biscuit
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except biscuits.
- Press each biscuit into 4" circle and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Spread heaping Tbsp.
- of cheese mix over each circle to within 1/4" of edge.
- Bake about 10 to 13 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
- Yield: 10 breads.
