Margarita Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Mix salad dressing mix, oil, tequila and lime juice until well blended.
  2. Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
  4. Drain.
  5. Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
  6. Grill kabobs on grill over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes, turning once.
