Berries 'n Yogurt Cream Cups
- 25 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup crumbs)
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- Mix wafer crumbs, almonds, margarine and sugar.
- Layer crumb mixture, strawberries and yogurt in 6 parfait glasses.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
