T's sauce!!!
- 3 oz worcestershire sauce
- 2 oz soy sauce
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp favorite hot sauce
- 12 oz beer
- 2 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- tsp ground ginger( fresh if you have)
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 tsp beef soup base or just bullion if you prefer.
- Marinade whatever your gonna use this sauce on first the meat adds some extra yum ;-)
- I would marinade anywhere from 2 hrs to 24 hours the longer the more flavor.
- Thicker meat needs more.
- Now remove the meat and start cooking as recommended.
- Put everything into a sauce pan bring to a boil.
- Boil about 20 min.
- Reduce heat and simmer till reduced and thickened.
- You can do this while your cooking so long as it takes a good hour or so to cook.
- If not start before.
