Chocolate Cherry Torte Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix and bake cake with oil and Large eggs as directed on package.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
  4. Bake as directed on mix.
  5. Cold thoroughly.
  6. Slit cake into 3 layers.
  7. Spread 1/3 c. of Cold Whip then 1/3 pie filling between layer and on top.
  8. Chill.
