Fiesta Dip

  1. Bring frying pan to medium heat.
  2. Chop chicken breast into 1/4" cubes.
  3. Season with garlic and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add to frying pan and cook fully.
  5. Wash mushrooms and all veggies.
  6. Dice and add to bowl, along with pineapple.
  7. When chicken is cooked, drain grease and add veggie mix to pan.
  8. Stir in taco sauce, and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and serve with chips.
  10. Garnish with cheddar cheese.
