barbeque sauce

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup apple sauce
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup of honey
• 1 chipotle pepper
• 1/4 cup mollasses
• 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
• 1 medium onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 lemon

1. Chop onion into small pieces and mince garlic
2. combine everything into a large mixing bowl and add the juice of the lemon
3. Stir and pull the chipotle pepper up on the side of the bowl and smash it with the back of the spoon and continue mixing
