Black Eye Prawns

  1. Peel and devein prawns.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cook the sausages until almost done.
  4. Cut the sausages into 1 1/2 inch pieces, then wrap a prawn around each sausage piece and put on a skewer.
  5. Combine the plum sauce and chile paste.
  6. Spread the marinade on both sides of the prawn skewers and grill 4 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve immediately.
