Salmon Tuna Cakes

  1. Mix all ingredients except flour.
  2. (Remove the skin and bones from salmon, if preferred.
  3. I usually do this, but if you like the bones, go for it!)
  4. Shape into patties and dust with flour.
  5. Panfry in hot oil or butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden.
