Salmon Tuna Cakes
- 1 can Salmon (14 Oz)
- 1 can Tuna (5 Oz)
- 1/2 cups Buttery Cracker Crumbs
- 18 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 whole Egg
- 13 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Cayenne Pepper To Taste
- Flour, For Dusting
- Mix all ingredients except flour.
- (Remove the skin and bones from salmon, if preferred.
- I usually do this, but if you like the bones, go for it!)
- Shape into patties and dust with flour.
- Panfry in hot oil or butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden.
