Cheesy Bacon and Onion Quiche

  1. Place flour in large bowl; cut in cream cheese and butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Shape into ball; flatten slightly.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  6. Add onions; cook 15 min.
  7. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Set aside until ready to use.
  10. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 11-inch round.
  11. Press dough onto bottom and up side of 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate; trim edge.
  12. Whisk eggs, dressing and milk until blended; stir in cheddar, bacon and onions.
  13. Pour into crust.
  14. Bake 45 to 50 min.
  15. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
