Easy Earl Grey Cookies
- 110 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Butter (or margarine)
- 30 grams Sugar
- 30 grams Egg
- 2 grams Earl Grey (Or you can use plain black tea or coffee etc.)
- Put the room temperature butter, sugar, egg and Earl Grey into a bowl and whisk.
- Cut in the flour.
- Tip: Don't knead.
- Wrap and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Slice the cookies into 5 mm thick pieces and bake in an oven pre-heated to 340F/170C for 17 minutes.
- When they have cooled, they're done.
