Easy Earl Grey Cookies

  1. Put the room temperature butter, sugar, egg and Earl Grey into a bowl and whisk.
  2. Cut in the flour.
  3. Tip: Don't knead.
  4. Wrap and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice the cookies into 5 mm thick pieces and bake in an oven pre-heated to 340F/170C for 17 minutes.
  6. When they have cooled, they're done.
