Handmade Pasta to Make Your Guests Speechless

  1. Sift the cake and bread flour.
  2. A sieve or mesh colander should work.
  3. Crack in 2 eggs.

  14. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for 1-2 hours.
  15. Dust with cake flour, and roll out with a rolling pin.
  16. There are no rules.
  17. Spread it thinly enough so that you can see your hand through the dough.
  18. Cut the noodles to your preferred thickness and length.
  19. The task of rolling out the noodles will make you want a pasta machine.
