Salty Fried Chicken with Fragrant Sansho (Szechuan Pepper)

  1. Chop the chicken into large bite-sized pieces and rub in the seasonings.
  2. Then rub in the sansho pepper, and katakuriko.
  3. I used two 0.2 g packages.
  4. Heat the oil, and add the chicken until cooked through.
  5. Serve with lemon juice if you like.
