Baked Apples Filled With Sausage

  1. Wash the apples and cut a slice off the top to make it even.
  2. Core the apples.
  3. Scoop out about half of the pulp in the apple leaving some.
  4. Combine the pulp that you scooped out with the sausage and the brown sugar.
  5. Fill the apples with the sausage mixture.
  6. Place in an 8x8 baking dish and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it is done.
  7. The time on this is not completely accurate.
  8. You need to just keep an eye on it until it is ready.
