Balsamic Grilled Chicken Sandwich

  1. Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze in bowl; mix well.
  3. Cover; refrigerate.
  4. Place chicken onto grill.
  5. Brush top of chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze.
  6. Grill 6 minutes.
  7. Turn chicken; brush with 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze.
  8. Continue cooking and brushing with remaining glaze 6-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F and juices run clear when pierced with fork.
  9. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices cheese.
  10. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Spread cut-sides of buns with mayonnaise spread.
  12. Layer bottom half of each bun with lettuce and tomato slices, if desired.
  13. Top with chicken breasts, 3 pieces bacon and top half of buns.
