Drink Your Tiramisu!

  1. Between 2 mugs mix espresso with golden sugar and amaretto.
  2. In a small bowl blend the mascarpone, milk, vanilla and super fine sugar until smooth.
  3. Using the BACK of a WARM, DRY teaspoon held over the mug, pour the mascarpone mix slowly into the mug so it floats on top of the espresso.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes and serve with lady finger cookies!
  5. YUM!
  6. *Note: for a non-alcoholic version, replace the amaretto with almond extract.
