Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie
- 2 cups ham smoked, cooked, cut up
- 1 cup cheese swiss, shredded
- 13 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat oven to 400F (200C).
- Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches.
- Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate.
- beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater.
- Pour into plate.
- Bake until golden brown or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes.
