Southwest Black Bean Salad
- 2-3/4 qt. Canned black beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 qt. Canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 qt. KRAFT Signature Sun Dried Tomato Oregano Dressing
- 2 cups green peppers, cut into strips
- 2 cups red onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
- Toss all ingredients in large bowl; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
