Swai and asparagus
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 lb swai
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt more if needed
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok
- Cut the woody ends off asparagus discard.
- Then cut the asparagus in half add to hot oil.
- Stirfry 4 minutes add salt, pepper, and garli to swai.
- Add swai in.
- Then stir a bit cover there will be a lot of liquid made.
- Let the swai pouch in the liquid 7 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve with simple citrus sauce.
