Swai and asparagus

  1. Heat the oil in a pan or wok
  2. Cut the woody ends off asparagus discard.
  3. Then cut the asparagus in half add to hot oil.
  4. Stirfry 4 minutes add salt, pepper, and garli to swai.
  5. Add swai in.
  6. Then stir a bit cover there will be a lot of liquid made.
  7. Let the swai pouch in the liquid 7 minutes stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve with simple citrus sauce.
