Mango Creamy Pie

  1. CRUST: Mix flour and sugar.
  2. Cut in butter using two knives until crumbly.
  3. Press into a 9x13 rectangular pan.
  4. Bake at 350 C for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. FILLING: Mix cheese and sugar.
  7. Add vanilla and mix until smooth.
  8. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
  9. Chill.
  10. TOP LAYER: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
  11. Add boiling water, sugar, and lemon juice.
  12. Mix until gelatin cools.
  13. Add mango.
  14. Chill until slightly firm (approx 45 minutes -- don't overdo it!
  15. It should still be pretty liquidy).
  16. Pour and spread evenly over cream cheese layer.
  17. Chill at least 2 hrs or overnight.
