Uncooked Freezer Jam Recipe

  1. Combine and stir (crush berries).
  2. Let stand 20 min or possibly till sugar dissolves.
  3. Mix 1 package Sure Jell and 3/4 c. water; bring to full boil for 1 minute.
  4. Add in Sure Jell solution to berries; stir 2 min.
  5. Put into jars or possibly freezer boxes.
  6. Let stand out 24 hrs and freeze.
  7. Yield: 3 1/2 pints.
  8. Fruits that can be used: Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries.
  9. Peaches and apricots are good, but rather thin - good for ice cream topping.
