Smoked Salmon Pate

  1. Cream the cheese with salmon, pepper sauce, lemon juice and parsley.
  2. Form mixture into a ball and roll in walnuts.
  3. Refrigerate several hours until firm.
  4. Serve with crackers or cocktail bread.
