Thai Peanut Sauce Chicken Satays

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Add chicken; toss to coat.
  3. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator up to 4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Thread 4 oz.
  6. chicken strips onto each skewer.
  7. Broil or grill 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
