Italian Avocado and Bacon Salad

  1. Pan fry bacon until golden brown and crisp.
  2. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Place lettuce mix onto a serving platter.
  4. Top with hot bacon, spring onions, tomatoes, avocado and egg.
  5. Drizzle with dressing and season with black pepper.
  6. Sprinkle over the pinenuts and serve.
