Blueberry Cheese Pie

  1. PIE SHELL: Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Mix ingredients well and line a 9" pie pan.
  3. Bake for 6 minutes.
  4. FILLING: Blend until smooth the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Top with blueberries.
  7. Sprinkle sugar on top and bake @ 350F (180C) for 5 minutes.
  8. Chill and serve.
