Beef Rolls With Blueberry Mashed Potatoes
- 8 slice Thinly sliced beef
- 80 grams Spinach
- 200 grams Potatoes
- 1 tbsp A. Milk
- 10 grams A. Butter
- 1 A. Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Dried wild blueberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp B. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp B. Mirin
- 2 tsp B. Blueberry jam
- 2 tsp B. Sake
- 1 dash B. Grated ginger
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Chop up the potatoes roughly, and microwave for about 5 minutes at 500 W. Mash and add the A. ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Add the dried blueberries.
- Blanch the spinach in salted water until it's dark green.
- Drain, squeeze out, and cut into easy to roll pieces.
- Combine the B. ingredients.
- Spread out the beef slices, dust with flour and roll up the portioned ingredients from Steps 1 and 2.
- Pan fry the rolls with vegetable oil in a pan.
- When the meat is cooked through, add the combined sauce ingredients from Step 3, and simmer to coat the rolls and reduce the sauce.
