Easy Mushroom Garlic Polenta Pizza

  1. Bring the water and salt to a boil.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F.
  3. Add the polenta and simmer until fully cooked, about 10 to 30 minutes depending on your stove.
  4. Spoon the polenta into a greased 10 inch glass dish.
  5. Let cool 10 minutes.
  6. Ladle sauce onto the top of the polenta.
  7. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast on top of the sauce.
  8. Next add 2 cloves of minced garlic and the mushrooms.
  9. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes.
