Mushroom Jerky
- 250 grams oyster mushroom ,today i use only mushroom stalks
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- I use oyster mushroom stalks today (left from make cream of mushroom soup ) , you can use a whole mushroom ..first clean and drain
- Tear or cut to make it prefer size
- Seasoning
- Mix well,squeeze to make it soft
- To make it more dry easy to deep fried in next step,i lay single layer and bake it at 200c for 10 mins ,flip on half way ..or sun dried if you are in sunny area
- Deep fried on medium heat until crispy ,serve hot as snack or vegetarian snack (cut off oyster sauce ,add more soy sauce )
