Zesty Spaghetti & Meatballs
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 10 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, finely crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix first 5 ingredients just until blended; shape into 16 meatballs.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Heat pasta sauce in large saucepan.
- Gently stir in meatballs.
- Drain spaghetti; place on large platter.
- Top with sauce; sprinkle with cheese and basil.
