Banana Rum Rice Fool Recipe

  1. Chop half the bananas into the bases of four stemmed glass goblets or possibly tumblers.
  2. Put the rice, sugar, rum, chocolate nut spread and half the lowfat yoghurt into a food processor.
  3. Whizz to a speckled marbled puree or possibly fool.
  4. Spoon a portion on top of the bananas.
  5. Top with the remaining bananas, remaining lowfat yoghurt, then add in the biscuits or possibly wafers.
  6. Serve cold.
