Adding a Little Crunch to your Brunch with Egg Muffins Recipe cheesesticks

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a muffin tin with muffin cups and spray with olive oil.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together eggs, cheese, mushrooms, yellow peppers, onions, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture to the halfway mark in the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
  6. Remove muffins from the oven.
  7. Wait to cool for about five minutes and sprinkle crushed cheese crisps on the top of each muffin.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
