Chicken stuffed bacon wrap
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 4 slice thin steaks
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/4 slice pepper jack cheese
- 3 jalapenos
- 1 tsp salt
- Lay the chicken flat, season both sides with salt ,place 1/4 of the mixture of the jalapenos, pepper jack cheese on the chicken and roll them up.
- Wrap steak then bacon, place toothpick to hold together
- Baked in a pre-heated oven 400 f, until cooked, about 25-30 mins.
- Let it's rest for 10 mins before serving.
