Blackening Seasoning (Gc) Recipe

• 3/4 c. Paprika
• 3/4 c. Cracked black pepper
• 1/4 c. Salt
• 2 Tbsp. Crushed toasted cumin seeds
• 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
• 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion

1. Combine all seasoning ingredients.
