Bean Sprouts & Pork Belly with Ponzu in the Microwave
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 Pork belly, thinly sliced meat
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Your choice of ponzu sauce
- Quickly rinse the bean sprouts and dry off the moisture.
- Pile them up on a plate.
- Top the bean sprouts with the meat.
- Spread out and overlap the meat so that there are no gaps.
- Season everything with salt and pepper.
- Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 W for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave, take off the plastic wrap, and garnish with finely chopped green onion.
- Top with your choice of ponzu sauce and enjoy!
