My Little Veggie Bake '

  1. Cut the butternut squash in half and dig out the pips
  2. With a small sharp knife cut out a channel and put the spooned out veg in a bowl
  3. Steamcook the spooned out butter nut squash with the veg for 15 minutes
  4. Add the onion to the butternut squash shell and spray with a little olive oil.
  5. and put in a preheated oven for 20 mins on 200c/ gas 8
  6. Take the steamed veg put in a bowl and squash up with a fork
  7. When cooled add the the 2 tbls of soft cheese add a pinch of pepper and mix in
  8. Take the butternut squash shell out of the oven and add the cheese and veg mix in the shell
  9. Spoon in as much as you can and sprinkle with mozerella cheese on top
  10. Put back in the oven on high for 10 mins mozerella cheese should be melted and browned.
