Sausage Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350* Cook and drain sausage.
  2. Slightly beat eggs.
  3. Whisk in bisquick, then stir in cheese (i used cheddar), sausage & any desired seasonings: salt, pepper, etc.
  4. Pour evenly into (greased/sprayed with Pam) muffin pan & bake for 20 minutes, until set
