Sausage Muffins
- 1 lb cooked sausage
- 1 cup bisquick
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 350* Cook and drain sausage.
- Slightly beat eggs.
- Whisk in bisquick, then stir in cheese (i used cheddar), sausage & any desired seasonings: salt, pepper, etc.
- Pour evenly into (greased/sprayed with Pam) muffin pan & bake for 20 minutes, until set
