California Potato and Steak Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Meanwhile, heat grill to medium heat.
  5. Mix salsa, A.1.
  6. and sour cream until blended.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Combine seasonings; rub onto both sides of steak.
  9. Grill steak 5 min.
  10. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  11. Remove from grill; let stand 5 min.
  12. Meanwhile, cut potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  13. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  14. Cover platter with salad greens.
  15. Top with meat, avocados, tomatoes and potatoes.
  16. Serve with salsa mixture.
