Spaghetti
- 1 packages Spaghetti or angel hair pasta
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 can Tomato sauce
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 Grated parmesean cheese (optional)
- Heat up a skillet and place the ground beef into the pan, add garlic salt, and oregano.
- In a pot bring some water to boil and add a good pinch of salt to it.
- Brown the meat then drain the oil before adding the tomato sauce, tomato paste, onions, bay leaves, chopped tomato, mushrooms, and minced garlic.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper then cover the pan and reduce to a simmer.
- If the water is boiling break the noodles in half and cook them till tender.
- Strain the noodles and place them in the sauce.
- Stir together.
- Let cool and serve with parmasean cheese
