Merlot Pork Ribs
- 5 boneless country pork ribs
- 2/3 cup merlot
- 1 tbsp rosemary; minced
- 3/4 tsp thyme; minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground celery seed
- 1 pinch salt and peppercorn melange
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Marinate pork in merlot overnight.
- Pat dry.
- Coat ribs with enough oil to cover.
- Season with herbs and spices.
- Grill a few minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
