Tamra's Lemon Artichoke Pesto

  1. Place the cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, walnuts, canola oil, olive oil and salt into food processor bowl.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Add artichokes and cheese and pulse on short spurts until artichokes are still chunky.
  4. Serve over pasta and enjoy.
