- cook the fish in milk.
- leave on one side.
- boil the rice and drain.
- hard boil eggs and half them.
- flake the fish into an oven dish and retain the milk.
- add the rice and eggs.
- make up a white sauce with the fish milk and more milk.
- mix all together careful not to bread up the fish too much and just warm through.
