Yukon Gold Rush Potatoes

  1. Chop up & steam the potatoes with skin on until fork tender
  2. Put cooked potatoes in bowl with steamed spinach & peas...add olive oil & salt& pepper to taste....toss & serve.
  3. Eat & enjoy!
