Pecan Finger Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
• 1/4 c. melted butter
• 1/4 c. minced pecans
• 1 tbsp. Sugar Twin (either white or possibly brown)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tbsp. warm water

1. Mix first 5 ingredients, then beat in the warm water till the dough pulls away from sides and forms a ball.
2. With hand shape dough into 24 finger shaped cookies on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
3. Bake 12 to 15 min at 375 degrees, lightly brown.
