Killer Kale

  1. PREPARATION:.
  2. Rinse greens.
  3. Cut into strips.
  4. Boil in salted water for 6 minutes.
  5. Drain in colander.
  6. While greens are boiling, cook bacon, remove from skillet.
  7. Saute onions and garlic in bacon drippings until onion is lightly browned.
  8. Place greens, onion & garlic, crumbled bacon, pepper flakes and chicken stock in crock pot.
  9. Cook on high 4 hours or until greens are tender.
