Baked Jalapeno Poppers

  1. Cut jalapenos in half and scrape out seeds and ribs (leave a little of the rib membrane for a spicier popper).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and spices.
  3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into each pepper half.
  4. Top each pepper with about 1 tablespoon of cheese.
  5. Place peppers in a greased dish and bake at 375 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cheese should be starting to brown and filling should start to bubble.
