Baked Jalapeno Poppers
- 6 Jalapeno Peppers
- 4 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 18 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- Cut jalapenos in half and scrape out seeds and ribs (leave a little of the rib membrane for a spicier popper).
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and spices.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into each pepper half.
- Top each pepper with about 1 tablespoon of cheese.
- Place peppers in a greased dish and bake at 375 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes.
- Cheese should be starting to brown and filling should start to bubble.
