Chicken And Leeks In Japanese Sake

  1. in pan with oil brown chicken both side
  2. add all ingredient except leek ,bring it to a boil
  3. reduce to simmer and cover with lid for 10 minute
  4. add sake and leek and cover and cook for another 5 minute
  5. serve hot
