Marinated Tuna Rice Bowl
- 120 grams Tuna (lean sashimi grade)
- 6 tbsp Yamaimo
- 1/10 Leek
- 2 bowls' worth White rice
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2/3 tsp Wasabi (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Grated sesame seeds
- Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the thinly sliced tuna.
- Top the grated yamaimo and leek on a bowl of white rice.
- Top with the marinated tuna with the marinade, and it's done.
