Mexican Martini
- coarse salt
- 2 ounces reposado tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 34 ounce fresh orange juice
- 12 ounce olive brine
- 2 olives
- Wet half the lip of a marini glass with water and dip it salt.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker, then fill with ice; shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into the glass; garnish with olives on small wooden skewer.
