Mexican Special

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Drain grease if necessary.
  3. Scrape the mixture into a large non-stick sprayed slow cooker and turn on low.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except corn chips and toppings.
  5. Cook for 8 hours or all day.
  6. To serve: Place a layer of corn chips onto your plate, then add a ladle of meat and your choice of toppings.
  7. Easy and delicious!
