Mexican Special
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 16 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 2 cans 16 Ounces Cans, Chili Beans In Sauce
- 20 ounces, fluid Enchilada Sauce, You Decide The Heat
- 2 cans (4 Oz. Size) Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 teaspoon Each, Salt And Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 bags Frito Corn Chips, 10 Ounce Bags
- Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- Chopped Tomato, Chopped Green Onions, Diced Jalapenos, Shredded Lettuce, Cilantro Leaves
- Sour Cream, Salsa And Guacamole
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain grease if necessary.
- Scrape the mixture into a large non-stick sprayed slow cooker and turn on low.
- Add all remaining ingredients except corn chips and toppings.
- Cook for 8 hours or all day.
- To serve: Place a layer of corn chips onto your plate, then add a ladle of meat and your choice of toppings.
- Easy and delicious!
