Baked Chicken Parmesan

  1. Pat chicken dry and pound to flatten slightly.
  2. Dust chicken with 1/2 cup flour and dip into eggs.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs with 1/4 cup Parmesan and pat mixture onto chicken.
  4. Line 9 x 13-inch pan with foil; brush with oil.
  5. Arrange chicken in dish in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 400u0b0.
